Job Responsibilities • Handle full/partial set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger . • Prepare and post accounting entries, journals and adjustments. • Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations . • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. • Process supplier invoices and prepare payments. • Assist with GST preparation and submission . • Prepare monthly schedules, reports and account reconciliations. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing . • Liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documents for audit. • Review transactions and highlight discrepancies or unusual items. • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation. • Support the Accounts Manager in reporting, analysis and other finance matters. • Guide Accounts Assistants where required. • Perform other accounting duties assigned by management. Expected level: Able to work independently, identify problems and follow through until matters are resolved.
