PERFORMING ARTISTE MANAGER

• Negotiate contracts with local and foreign performing artistes. • Plan and schedule performance schedules and sets for performing artistes. • Plan and coordinate monthly events based on different themes. • Source suitable stage costumes and outfits for performing artistes. • Motivate performing artistes and monitor their performance standards. • Conduct orientation and training for new performing artistes. • Source suitable performing artistes on a quarterly basis, including potential overseas travel when required. • Ensure performing artistes consistently maintain a high standard of performance. Job Requirements • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. • Relevant experience in artiste management or experience as a performing artiste is preferred. • Able to work additional hours beyond normal working hours. • Able to work late-night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily. • Willing to work on public holidays and attend rehearsals regularly outside normal working hours.
