WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities • Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations. • Supervise warehouse assistants and delivery operations. • Coordinate receiving, sorting, packing and dispatching of goods. • Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock records. • Plan manpower and daily work assignments. • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and proper housekeeping. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers and delivery teams. • Handle discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues. • Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports. • Support the Warehouse Manager in improving operational efficiency. Requirements • Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field preferred. • At least 1-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience . • Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. • Good communication and organisational skills. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills, especially Excel. • Able to work flexible hours when required.
