Job Summary Lead sales efforts with at least 5 years of experience, managing overseas projects and closing sales internationally while demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure. Responsibilities • Lead sales activities and close deals with overseas clients to drive business growth • Manage and coordinate overseas projects during execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction • Demonstrate leadership by guiding teams and making strategic decisions in sales and project management • Work independently to meet sales targets and resolve challenges proactively • Apply quick thinking to adapt to changing situations and maintain project momentum • Solve problems effectively to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project outcomes • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals and execution Required competencies and certifications • Minimum 5 years of sales experience • Ability to travel overseas for sales and project management • Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin Preferred competencies and qualifications • Leadership skills demonstrated in managing teams and projects • Ability to work effectively under pressure
