WHOLESALE TRADE MANAGER

• Business Development: Build and expand a network of B2B clients, luxury boutiques, regional chains, and retail stockists. • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale buyers and distributors to secure reorders and increase brand visibility. • Sales & Revenue Targets: Drive sell-in and sell-out performance, set sales quotas, and meet regional or global profitability goals. • Inventory & Operations: Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to track inventory levels, handle order fulfillment, and manage timely product dispatch. • Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, monitor competitor pricing, and optimize trade terms or margins. • Product Training: Educate retail partner staff and sales teams on brand heritage, craftsmanship, and unique selling propositions (USPs). Key Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. • Experience: 5 to 8+ years of experience in wholesale management, key account management, or B2B sales within the luxury, fashion, watch, or jewelry industries. • Network: Established contacts and active relationships with regional buyers, independent jewelers, or luxury distributors. • Skills: Strong negotiation, data and inventory analysis, project management, and cross-functional communication. • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Mandarin or Cantonese) is frequently required for regional/international markets.
