Role Overview: You will be working as an Admin Assistant / Customer Service Officer for a well-established logistics company providing warehousing, transportation and supply chain solutions to businesses across Singapore. • Location: Boon Lay Work hours: Monday - Friday 8.15 am - 5.30pm Salary range: $2,000 - $2,500 (Depending on experience) What you'll be doing: • Handle customer enquiries via email and phone • Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers • Manage inbound/outbound shipments and discrepancies • Arrange transportation, courier and export bookings • Prepare reports and assist with inventory & stock take • Handle month-end billing and ad-hoc duties What qualifies you to apply: • Customer service / logistics experience preferred • Good communication and coordination skills • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency • Training will be provided • A team player who is willing to learn and grow with us!
