Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities • Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues. • Monitor application performance and ensure system availability. • Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and service requests. • Support application enhancements, fixes, and deployment activities. • Work closely with developers, business users, and support teams to identify solutions. • Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities. • Follow established support processes and best practices. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Java (mandatory). • Understanding of Spring Framework and Spring Boot. • Basic knowledge of SQL and application troubleshooting. • Familiarity with REST APIs. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Skills • Exposure to Python. • Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting. • Experience with application support. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or relevant project work.
