Field Sales Manager (Roadshow & Events)

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our on-ground sales operations across multiple brands, roadshows, and event locations in Singapore. You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, managing field sales teams, monitoring on-site performance, and ensuring each location consistently delivers against its monthly KPIs. Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of monthly sales targets and KPIs across assigned brands and locations • Manage and supervise sales teams at roadshows, events, and other field locations • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure teams are on track to achieve targets • Conduct regular site visits to review sales performance, team discipline, and overall execution • Train and coach new and existing sales staff on product knowledge, sales pitches, customer engagement, and closing techniques • Provide hands-on support to improve individual and team conversion rates • Identify performance issues and implement improvement plans where necessary • Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure sufficient staffing across locations • Track and report sales results, target achievement rates, and team performance • Work closely with management to improve sales strategies and overall campaign performance Requirements • Experience in sales, field sales, direct sales, roadshows, events, or team management is preferred • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team • Strong sales and communication skills • Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Comfortable working across different event and roadshow locations in Singapore • Able to analyse sales performance and take action to improve results • Hands-on and willing to support the team on the ground when required • Experience in financial services, fintech, mobile apps, or similar customer acquisition campaigns will be an advantage
