Software Test Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a Software Test Engineer to support functional testing, integration validation, data reconciliation and test automation for enterprise financial systems. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute SIT, UAT and regression testing for financial applications. • Develop test cases covering budgeting, fixed assets, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting and consolidation. • Perform integration, API, backend and data reconciliation testing using SQL. • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca. • Test system interfaces, batch jobs and scheduled processes. • Log and track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira or HP ALM. • Work with business and technical teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Key Requirements • Minimum 3 years of relevant software testing or QA experience. • Experience in software testing for enterprise applications, financial systems or ERP environments. • Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, fixed assets, CAPEX/OPEX and reconciliation. • Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca ; certification is advantageous. • Strong SQL skills and experience with API/web services testing. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and/or CPM platforms such as CCH Tagetik is advantageous. • Experience with Agile/Scrum and defect management tools. • Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
