Fleet Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES The Fleet Supervisor shall be responsible for performing the following duties include: • Supervising transport and managing vehicles/equipment within the company • Updating of daily serviceable status report of vehicles/equipment • Develop effective relationships with internal customers, drivers and vendors. • Conduct checks on areas of responsibility to ensure that standards of equipment and targeted performance standards are met. • Assist in conducting audits on vendors to ensure contract compliances. • Assesses the work environment, vehicle /equipment, and processes to develop and maintain a safe work environment • Responsible for the daily supervision on company repair workshop on repair progression • Assist in accident/incident investigation, Interviewing, evaluating & disciplining of drivers • Sending vehicles and equipment for inspections REQUIREMENTS • Possesses a Class 4 License • Mechanical Background WORKING HOURS • 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) • 8.30am – 12.30pm (Saturdays)
