Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Management consultancy activities • Position Title: Compliance Associate • Working Location: Central • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm • Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Support daily regulatory compliance and Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) activities. • Assist in updating compliance policies, procedures and controls. • Monitor regulatory updates in Singapore and Hong Kong. • Assist in preparing compliance training materials and programmes. • Review Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents and assess client risk levels. • Review screening alerts relating to adverse news, sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs). • Recommend risk mitigation measures and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on client risk profiles. • Support the firm’s AML/CFT risk assessment and related action plans. • Conduct compliance checks and testing, document findings, and prepare reports and recommendations. • Coordinate responses to requests from regulators, auditors and other stakeholders. • Perform other compliance duties and projects as assigned. • Support ad‑hoc tasks as needed. • APPLY NOW!!! • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Law or a related field. • At least 2 years of audit experience in a professional services firm or large organisation. • Regulatory compliance or AML/CFT experience is an advantage. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
