Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and regional markets including Southeast Asia. • Establish strategic relationships with property developers, facility managers, contractors, and corporate clients. • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Account Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services. Regional Market Strategy • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning. • Develop market entry strategies for new territories or industry segments. • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows. Commercial & Contract Management • Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies. • Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies. • Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Internal Collaboration • Collaborate with operations, project management, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Provide feedback from clients and market insights to support service development. • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasts.
