Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Contract)

• Provide full HR administrative support in On-boarding of new hires, maintenance of employee personal files and Offboarding and transfer processes • Provide support on employee life cycle comprising but not limited to hiring, perform due diligence checks and pre-employments for all new hires, job posting and coordinate interviews, job posting as well as employee separations • Prepare new documentation needs and new reports in relation to the new regulatory requirements that come into effect from time to time • Prepare and submit reports to Head Office and the Regulators promptly • Register employee insurances with insurance vendor and attending to related employee inquiries • Assist with data entries in the Workday system and tracking of contract renewal and staff confirmation • Assist to source for relevant training programmes for the those who need to complete the required number of CPD hours and training hours • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by the immediate supervisor • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
