Captive Account Manager – 3-Month Contract

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Captive Account Manager to oversee captive insurance client portfolios, ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational requirements while serving as the primary client liaison. Responsibilities • Manage captive insurance client portfolios, ensuring end-to-end service delivery and client satisfaction • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for all client needs • Interpret MAS and ACRA regulations, guidelines, and circulars to ensure client compliance with prescribed standards • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards across client accounts • Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and statutory regulatory returns in line with Financial Reporting Standards • Manage treasury and investment activities, including performing reconciliations for captive insurance clients • Execute insurance and claims accounting processes accurately on behalf of clients • Collaborate with clients and management to prepare and review annual budgets, policies, and protocols • Liaise effectively with brokers, regulators, actuaries, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to coordinate client requirements • Facilitate client board meetings by preparing board materials and documenting meeting minutes and decisions • Support business projects and initiatives to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications • Professional qualification such as CA or ACCA preferred (helps demonstrate technical expertise but not essential to perform core duties) • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline (supports foundational knowledge but not mandated) Other Information • EA Licence No.: 11C5502 • EAP Registration No.: R1331697
