Quantity surveyor

Job Summary Prepare and manage cost estimates, tender documents, and proposals for ELV projects, ensuring accurate costing and coordination with project teams to support successful project execution. Responsibilities • Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for ELV projects, including power and fiber cable installation, structured cabling, and CCTV systems • Review project specifications, drawings, and Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure precise and comprehensive costing • Assess material, labor, and on-site resource requirements to support project budgeting and planning • Develop technical and commercial proposals for project tenders and submissions • Participate actively in tender briefings and coordinate effectively with project teams to align project objectives • Draft drawings based on site requirements to support project execution and documentation Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and tender documents • Knowledge of tendering processes, cost control, and contract administration • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD Preferred competencies and qualifications • 2–3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in telecommunications, ELV, or M&E projects • Experience with MS Project and Bluebeam software Other Information Benefits and Working Conditions • Salary range: SGD 3,500–5,000 (based on experience) • Working days: 5 days per week • Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm • Work locations: Office in Ang Mo Kio and project sites • EP available for outstanding candidates • Urgent hire with fast interview process EA License Details • EA License No: 14C7361 ---
