Associate / Senior Associate – Credit Operations (Registry) About The Company Sing Investments & Finance Limited (SingFinance) has more than 60 years of lending experience in the financing arena in Singapore. Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain files and security documents in the Registry. • Process, update and safekeep security documents in the Registry Management System. • Perform document scanning, filing, retrieval and release of documents. • Support annual stock-take and warehousing activities for closed accounts. • Monitor overdue files and maintain related records. • Perform account linkage and data maintenance activities. • Support projects, UAT testing and other ad hoc assignments. Requirements • GCE 'O' Level and above. • Meticulous with strong attention to detail. • Independent, proactive and able to work well in a team. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Adaptable and willing to take on operational responsibilities. * Corporate rank and remuneration will commensurate with experience Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
