Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements • Reviewing tender documents & drawings • Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation • Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and settlements. • Month progressive claim must be ready and submitted to the main contractor ( after obtaining from site supervisor) • Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering • Negotiate with vendors on material pricing - Major Equipment • Prepare contractual documents for material purchase • Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma • 2 years or more of experience in Quantity Surveyor in construction sector • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities of material quantity and take off. • Good in analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • Singaporean/PR are preferred
