Sales Executive (Korean Speaking)

• MNC • Basic $3500 - $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location : Woodlands • Working days : Monday to Friday • Working hours : 8.30am to 5.45pm Job Responsibilities: • Drive business growth by managing key customer accounts e.g. Singapore, Korea etc; developing new business opportunities and delivering customer-focused solutions through effective commercial and cross-functional collaboration. • Manage and grow assigned key accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business expansion. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with customers and the R&D team to deliver innovative products and solutions. • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and business terms to achieve sales and profitability targets. • Serve as the primary contact for customers on commercial matters, including quotations, orders, delivery schedules, payments, and after-sales support. • Coordinate with internal departments, including R&D, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure timely execution of customer requirements. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend appropriate sales strategies. • Manage and support distributors, sales agents, and channel partners to maximize sales performance and market coverage. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews. • Represent the company at customer meetings, product launches, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and promote company products. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, prompt issue resolution, and effective relationship management. • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
