SUPERVISOR

• Coach and guide employees, resolve operational issues, and act as a link between subordinates and upper management. • Ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and productively to support profitability and sustainable business growth. • Demonstrate responsibility, honesty, and professionalism in all duties. • Arrange daily stock levels and place orders for goods as required. • Prepare staff schedules and arrange rest days to ensure adequate manpower coverage. • Identify and implement solutions to address manpower shortages. • Set performance goals and deadlines in line with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate expectations clearly to employees. • Organise workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance. • Handle employee and customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. • Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records. • Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management. • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
