Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: • Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers • Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for pre and post contract administration • Prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flow • Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim claim, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions • Evaluation and certification of sub-contractor's progress payment • Tender for new projects • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned Job Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experiences in the construction industry
