Admin Assistant (HR) Working days & hours: 5.5days | Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm Location: Bukit Merah Central Salary: $2200 - $2500 / $3150 Job scopes: • Provide general administrative support. • Handle data entry, filing and documentation. • Arrange interviews and appointments. • Assist with recruitment-related administrative work. • Prepare and process documents. • Handle emails and phone enquiries. • Maintain candidate and client records. • Assist with MOM work pass-related paperwork. • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
