Swim Coach cum Operations Executive | 5 days | Up to $4k - JL99

Position: Swim Coach & Operations Executive Working Days: 5 days week (weekend needed) Working Time: weekday 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; weekend 8am-6pm Working Location: Tanjong Katong & Bendemeer (no fixed) Salary: $2,500 to $4,000 Responsibilities Swim Coaching • Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided). • Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities. • Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation. Operations & Coordination • Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination. • Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks. • Communicate class schedules and updates to parents. • Support the daily operations of the swim centre. Safety & Facility Support • Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times. • Set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes. • Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities. Requirements • Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage • Able to work weekends (required). • Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage (if applicable).
