About the job Your role involves: • Spearhead the strategy, architecture, and complete delivery of AI-driven applications and workflow automation platforms. • Act as a hands-on leader by actively writing production code, conducting technical design reviews, and mentoring a compact engineering squad. • Collaborate closely with business users to identify automation opportunities and iterate on delivered solutions using operational feedback. • Coordinate with internal business units and external technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of new tools. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have: • At least 7 years of software engineering experience, paired with a proven track record of guiding technical teams and managing complex delivery workstreams. • Deep hands-on proficiency utilizing modern programming languages, APIs, databases, and cloud computing frameworks. • Full stack experience will be highly preferred • Solid expertise in designing scalable architectures, establishing engineering standards, and executing rigorous technical reviews. • Proven ability to engage directly with stakeholders to comprehend complex workflows and translate those business needs into viable technical solutions. • Whats on offer This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company with heavy investments in technology.
