Summary Great products aren’t just built — they’re trusted. At Apple, that trust is earned in the moments before launch, when a global Quality Engineering team stands between complexity and the customer experience millions of people rely on every day. Our organization sits at the center of that work: partnering across engineering, product, and business teams worldwide to make sure every release meets the bar Apple is known for. We’re looking for a leader who sees quality not as a gate, but as a craft — someone who builds teams, not just test plans, and who turns ambiguity into clarity for the people counting on them. If that’s the kind of impact you want to have, read on.
