Sales Coordinator (Industrial Products)

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage incoming sales orders via phone and website, handle industrial product enquiries, process orders, and provide excellent customer service support. Training will be provided. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and process sales orders received via phone, email, and website to ensure accurate order handling • Prepare detailed quotations and sales invoices to support sales transactions and follow up on orders to confirm customer satisfaction • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule and ensure timely delivery of products to customers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions for reporting and reference • Collaborate with the sales team to support and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets • Provide after-sales support by resolving customer issues quickly and effectively to maintain positive client relationships Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification • Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service roles • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and comfortable using online platforms • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English to interact clearly with customers and team members • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Other Information • Location: Ubi, Singapore • Salary Range: $2,500 – $2,900 per month • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Alternative Saturday (half day) • Work Environment: Office-based role focused on industrial product sales (B2B) • Reporting to: Sales Manager
