📢 HIRING: ADMIN ASSISTANT Industry: Medical Equipment Supplier 📍 Location: Lorong Ampas 💰 Salary: $2,600–$3,300 per month 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Job Responsibilities • Enter and process customer orders accurately. • Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales documents. • Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on orders. • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams on stock availability and deliveries. • Maintain accurate customer records and filing. • Provide general administrative support to the team. Requirements • Experience in administration, order processing or sales support is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Organised, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. • Good communication and customer service skills.
