Executive (HR & Admin)

Job Description • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee. • Process and submit monthly payroll and related reports accurately and on time. • Manage employee training and development by administering courses and addressing training needs. • Handle for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers. • Administer work injury compensation claims in compliance with regulations. • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure proper filing systems. • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR operations and business needs. Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent. • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Operations. • Relevant experience in Construction field would be an added advantage. • Proficient in Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act. • A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
