The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support the company’s business growth in the interior design and renovation industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns • Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok • Plan and create engaging content for renovation and interior design projects • Manage digital advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads and Google Ads • Generate and monitor leads from online marketing campaigns • Coordinate photography, videography and promotional materials • Maintain and improve the company’s online presence and brand image • Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports • Work closely with the sales and design team on promotions and campaigns • Research market trends and identify new marketing opportunities • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of advertising spend Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field • Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media management • Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads will be an advantage • Good communication and writing skills • Creative, organised and able to work independently • Able to manage multiple campaigns and projects • Experience in the interior design, renovation, property or construction industry will be an advantage Preferred Skills • Digital Marketing • Social Media Marketing • Content Creation • Lead Generation • Meta Advertising • Google Advertising • Branding • Marketing Strategy • Campaign Management • Photography and Video Content Coordination About Us John Smith Interior provides professional interior design and renovation services for residential and commercial projects.
