Roles & Responsibilities Job Duties • Delivering excellent customer service • Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction • Taking orders, serving of beverages to customers • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas. Job Requirement • At least 2 years relavant working experience • Able to work on Weekends and PH • Able to work in fast-pace environment. • Able to stand long time. • Able to do everything when manpower is not enough. Including clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping) • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff • Familiarity with restaurant management software/ POS • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
