Operations Officer (Feedback management)

Responsibilities • Management of feedback from multiple channels • Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback. • Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions. • Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes. • Conducting onsite surveys. • Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site Requirements • Diploma in any fields. • Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills. • Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented. • Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
