We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Active Ageing Centre @ Ang Mo Kio. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre
- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.
- Engage with the clients during the activities.
- Pack and distribute food ration packages.
- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.
- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.
- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Team Player
• Proficiency in Tamil - Have to reach out to Tamil speaking clients
