0731 - Finance Executive (Township / AP)

Role: Finance Executive (Township / AP) • Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits • Working Location: Northwest - Bukit Gombak • Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am to 5.30pm, required to work half-day (8am to 1pm) on the first Saturday of each month • Salary: $3000 to $3800 Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to • Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears • Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting • Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines • Prepare and review annual budget • Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls • Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior ✅ Wee Yuan Huan ✅ Reg No: R21100383 ✅ The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd ✅ EA No: 14C7279
