Food Operation Manager

Our Team is seeking a Food Operations Manager to oversee daily food preparation and catering operations to ensure smooth workflow, consistent food quality, and timely delivery of services. Main roles and responsibilities - Ensure proper food handling, preparation, storage, and hygiene practices are followed in accordance with thecompany’s food safety procedures and regulatory requirements. - Monitor food quality, cleanliness, storage conditions, temperature control, and overall kitchen and food preparation standards. - Event Management, supervise and assist in a buffet setup,ensuring all the buffet lines are set up according to the client's needs orevent theme. - Team Leader, build and maintain good working relationshipsbetween all the staff, able to lead and delegate work. - Bilingual, can speak and write in English and Chineseeffectively due to the different group workers' backgrounds. - Critical Thinking, able to come up with solutions andsolve problems.
