Managing Director

Key Responsibilities • Work closely with senior team members to support the end-to-end sales process for the firm's fund products, targeting institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and family offices across Greater China and the broader Asia market. • Manage and respond to enquiries from prospective and existing clients in a timely and professional manner. • Prepare high-quality presentation materials, product proposals, RFPs, and other client-facing materials. • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate and fulfil client requirements effectively. • Support the planning and organisation of local seminars, client events, and other business development activities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to identify business opportunities and support revenue growth. Key Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. • Over 10 years of relevant sales experience within the financial services industry, asset management, or corporate banking. • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong focus on achieving results. • Strong client orientation with excellent service mindset and the ability to understand, anticipate, and gather client needs. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and proactively. • Flexible, resilient, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Self-motivated and commercially driven, with a genuine passion for business development and achieving sales objectives. • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage.
