Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction • Position Title: Architectural Coordinator • Working Location: Jurong West • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm) • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,300 + Variable Bonus • Duration: Permanent Role • Key Responsibilities • Handle project administration and architectural coordination, including preparing and reviewing floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door schedules, BIM models and required project submissions. • Coordinate architectural drawings and technical information to ensure they are accurate, complete and aligned with project requirements. • Liaise with main contractors, consultants and relevant project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure requirements are met. • Review architectural drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies, coordination issues and potential clashes before construction. • Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E requirements to ensure smooth integration across project disciplines. • Monitor drawing revisions, submission status and project documentation to ensure the latest information is properly updated and communicated to relevant parties. • APPLY NOW!!! • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, with good • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk software, with hands-on experience in preparing architectural drawings and BIM documentation. • Experience with Autodesk Docs and Autodesk Build will be an advantage. • Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, submission requirements and project coordination processes. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
