PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements. • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions. • Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers • Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with. • Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirement. • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent • Civil Engineering / Structural working experience in related fields is advantage. • A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
