Personal Assistant Salary: $3,500 – $4,800 Working Hours: • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm Working Days: 5.5 days Location: Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre Job Responsibilities • Manage the daily calendar, clinic appointments, and business meetings for the Directors and senior medical executives. • Arrange domestic and overseas travel itineraries, including hotel bookings and transportation. • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes. • Handle emails, calls, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director. • Assist with expense claims and basic administrative record keeping. • Manage front desk duties and provide good patient service. • Greet patients, assist with registration, handle enquiries, and schedule medical appointments.
