Befriending Executive

To assist the Centre Manager in ensuring quality and reliability in providing Befriending services to all socially isolated Seniors • To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks • Assist in community assets mapping i.e. blocks, services mapping. • Assist in outreach events i.e. door-knocking, needs assessment, info-sharing session • Performing befriending duties • Conduct Home Visits, Track status of seniors, Conducting activities with clients • Recruitment of befriending volunteers • Training of befriending volunteers • Mentor senior volunteers to spot early signs of neglect, loneliness, or depression • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager Requirements: Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years experience in an Eldercare setting/Community Care Strong Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Meticulous, Observant
