Head of GTM

CuriousCore is hiring a senior commercial leader to build and scale our enterprise go-to-market motion across Singapore, Malaysia and the region. You will partner directly with the founder on strategic, founder-led sales while taking increasing ownership of pipeline, conversion, partnerships and regional revenue growth. This is not a large-company sales management role. It is a builder role for an entrepreneurial enterprise-sales leader who wants to shape the commercial engine of an applied-AI workforce transformation business. A sales driven leader with marketing sensitivity and ambition to lead technology sales one day could apply. OTE Range is $150k to $200k a year. What you will own • Own, grow and diversify CuriousCore’s commercial revenue mix across enterprise, SME and government accounts relationships. • Represent the team at key events led by partners or created by our marketing team. • Improve conversion across the full funnel: initial conversations, discovery, proposals, procurement, contracting and expansion. • Co-lead enterprise opportunities with the founder, then progressively run complex deals independently. • Build repeatable GTM plays for applied AI adoption, workforce transformation, professional development and capability-building programmes. • Develop strategic partnerships across employers, training ecosystems, technology partners, industry bodies and channel partners in the region. • Work closely with marketing consultants and agencies to turn campaigns, content, events and thought leadership into qualified pipeline—not vanity metrics. • Establish weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, win/loss learning, account plans, sales playbooks and commercial dashboards. • Translate client needs into credible, outcome-led solutions with our curriculum, consulting and delivery teams. • Protect margin and pricing discipline while growing enterprise account value and multi-year relationships. What success looks like Within 9 months, you will have: • Built a measurable SG/MY enterprise pipeline and a reliable commercial operating cadence. • Improved the team’s conversion from discovery to proposal, proposal to close and first deal to account expansion. • Created a more balanced revenue mix, reducing reliance on any single channel, client or programme. • Landed anchor enterprise accounts and strategic partners that create repeatable cohort, consulting or capability-transfer demand. • Developed two or more Client Solution Managers into stronger consultative sellers with clear territory and account responsibility. Who this is for You are likely a senior B2B sales or commercial leader from corporate training, professional education, HR consulting, workforce transformation, technology consulting or an adjacent enterprise-services environment. You should bring: • A demonstrable record of opening and closing enterprise accounts—not only managing inherited relationships. • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to HR, L&D, business-unit, technology and senior leadership stakeholders. • Strong commercial judgment: discovery, solution shaping, pricing, proposals, negotiations and forecasting. • Experience building pipeline through a combination of outbound sales, partnerships, founder networks, events and marketing-generated demand. • Comfort working across Singapore and Malaysia; exposure to Malaysia’s corporate-training or HRD Corp ecosystem is an advantage. • The ability to lead a lean team, operate hands-on and bring structure without creating bureaucracy. • Curiosity and appetite to develop technical fluency in AI, automation and organisational adoption. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to sell credible business outcomes enabled by technology.
