Project Manager/Coordinator

• Responsible to monitor project progress and schedule • Preparation of quotation and costing for management approval • Coordinate with various departments throughout the whole project to ensure smooth flow of schedules and meeting of deadlines • Attend site meeting, resolve site problems and conduct site inspections • Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during project • Leads and manages timely procurement for all permits required by regulatory authorities • Conduct on-site inspection to ensure the project is completed on schedule. • Attend project meetings. • Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and report to the Project Director to proceed with invoicing. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
