JOB VACANCY – CREWING EXECUTIVE Maxwell Ship Management Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Crewing Executive to join our team. Position: Crewing Executive Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,200 per month Location: Singapore Employment: Full-time Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day crewing and administrative matters, including but not limited to: • Managing crew joining and sign-off arrangements. • Preparing and maintaining crew documentation and records. • Monthly preparation and coordination of crew payroll . • Handling Flag State COE applications and related documentation. • Processing and monitoring visa / work permit / immigration matters. • Coordinating crew travel, flights and transportation arrangements. • Liaising with manning agents, vessels, crew members and relevant authorities. • Ensuring crew certificates, passports, medical documents and other required documents are valid and properly maintained. • Assisting with crew deployment and crew movement arrangements. • Maintaining proper filing and updating of crewing records. • Performing other crewing and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • Relevant experience in ship management, crewing, manning agency or maritime administration will be an advantage. • Familiarity with crew documentation, payroll, Flag State requirements and visa/work permit applications. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Responsible, organised and detail-oriented. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Candidates who are able to start immediately are highly encouraged to apply.
