CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT – JOB DUTIES • Manage and supervise construction and engineering works at project sites. • Coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements. • Plan and monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment and resources. • Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers and relevant authorities. • Review construction drawings, specifications and technical requirements. • Prepare and review method statements, Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and other construction documents. • Monitor site quality and ensure works comply with project requirements and relevant Singapore standards. • Supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure safe and proper work practices. • Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims and material usage. • Attend site meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers and site teams. • Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly. • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and other project documentation. • Coordinate testing, inspection and submission of necessary documents. • Ensure compliance with WSH, MOM, BCA and other relevant Singapore regulations . • Assist in project planning, scheduling and completion of works within the required timeframe. •
