Sales Admin Officer / Executive (Team Lead)

With ISO 22000 certification, it specializes in food processing including cutting, marination, cooking, and high-temperature sterilization. Job Summary Support sales operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, issuing invoices, maintaining records, and controlling inventory to ensure smooth and accurate sales administration. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone to provide accurate information and support • Process purchase orders efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment • Issue sales invoices and verify order details for accuracy and completeness • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records for reporting and tracking • Manage inventory control by updating stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals • Participate in on-the-job training for online and offline systems to improve work efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools to support administrative tasks • Ability to read and understand Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers • Experience or familiarity with Dynamics and Mevo systems to enhance system operations Other Information • Location: Senoko (Few bus stops from Woodlands North MRT Station - TE1) • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Working Days: 6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday) • Note: Lunch Provided Interested applicants, please WhatsApp your resume to +65 9112 1178.
