HR & Operations Executive (Contract)

Human Resource • Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes. • Support handling of employee enquiries and HR-related matters. • Maintain employee records, HR databases, leave and attendance records. • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals and cancellations. • Assist with employment contracts, HR letters and other documentation. • Monitor key employee timelines such as confirmations, evaluations and reviews. • Support employee relations, disciplinary matters and other HR projects. • Handle general office administration, including ordering and replenishment of office supplies. Operations • Work closely with Centre Managers and various departments on administrative and operational matters. • Follow up with departments on operational matters and outstanding tasks. • Provide support for other ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by Management. • Assist in coordinating company programmes and projects. • Assist in coordinating staff schedules, rosters and leave coverage. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR, administration or operations. • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
