Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements, drawings and schedule. • Manage and monitor workers, subcontractors and site manpower. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, suppliers and other contractors on site matters. • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. • Monitor workmanship and conduct regular site inspections. • Coordinate different trades, including tiling, plastering, rebar, welding, installation and general construction works. • Plan daily manpower allocation and work schedules to meet project deadlines. • Check materials, tools and equipment required for site works. • Monitor workers' attendance, productivity and work performance. • Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly. • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organised work environment. • Enforce workplace safety requirements and ensure workers follow site safety rules. • Prepare daily progress updates, site reports and records where required. • Take measurements and assist with checking completed works and quantities. • Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and manpower requirements. • Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management. Requirements: • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or building works. • Relevant experience in site supervision and manpower coordination. • Able to read and understand construction drawings and site instructions. • Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices. • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors and other parties. • Good problem-solving and organisational skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities. • Willing to work overtime, weekends or night shifts when required. • Relevant construction safety certifications are an advantage.
