Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction • Position Title: Quantity Surveyor • Working Location: Central • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 630pm) • Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and project budgets. • Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Negotiate pricing and monitor project costs against budgets. • Prepare variation orders, cost reports, and final accounts. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors on project requirements. • Follow up on quotations and support sales conversion. • Handle client enquiries and after-sales matters. • Maintain quotation and sales performance reports. • Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned. • APPLY NOW!!! • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fitout or construction. • Knowledge of costing, tendering, procurement, and contract administration. • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Experience using quantity surveying, estimating, or project costing software is advantageous. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
