About Our Client Our client is a global leader in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics, operating across more than 65 countries worldwide. The Opportunity As the Market Engagement Lead – APAC, you will serve as the key link between global programme teams and regional business stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment of Veeva Vault CRM across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include: • Partnering closely with the Global End-to-End (E2E) Lead on Application and Integration workstreams. • Driving the deployment and rollout of Veeva Vault CRM across APAC markets. • Acting as the Regional Delivery Lead, coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and functions. • Identifying and managing localization requirements to meet country-specific business needs. • Collaborating with upstream and downstream application squads to resolve integration dependencies and challenges. • Leading SIT, UAT, business readiness, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new CRM platform. • Facilitating communication between business, technology, and programme teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. What We're Looking For • At least 5 years of experience leading and delivering Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault CRM implementations on a regional or global scale. • Strong experience managing large-scale CRM transformation and deployment programmes. • Experience overseeing complex Veeva deployments spanning multiple countries and functions. • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, business engagement, and programme delivery. • Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, go-live planning, and post-deployment support. • Strong technical understanding to effectively bridge conversations between Business, IT Operations, Governance, Security, Compliance, and Implementation teams.
