• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation. • Lead, supervise and train kitchen staff. • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control. • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering and food costs. • Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards. • Plan kitchen schedules and allocate duties to ensure smooth operations. • Develop and maintain recipes and kitchen standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
