E-Commerce Assistant — Part-Time / Full-Time

Part-time: S$12.50/hour | Monday–Friday | 9am–3pm Full-time opportunity available for the right candidate NAMITEC is looking for a reliable and hands-on E-Commerce Assistant to join our small team. Your main responsibility is to manage our daily online orders and e-commerce operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates . While prior experience is not required for the part-time role, candidates with relevant e-commerce experience who can take on greater responsibility may be considered for a full-time position. Your Main Responsibilities E-Commerce & Order Fulfilment — Primary • Pack daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada • Prepare parcels for courier collection • Handle basic customer enquiries and messages • Monitor orders, reviews and customer feedback • Maintain product listings and promotions • Pack local offline reseller orders when required Digital Marketing & Social Media - Secondary • Post and schedule content on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook • Assist with simple Canva work • Help manage basic online promotions and advertisements • Coordinate with affiliates and content creators • Help organise and repurpose marketing content Marketing direction will be provided by management. You do not need to be an experienced marketer. Other Support • Assist with stock checks and inventory • Help with product packing / bottling when required • Other day-to-day support as the business grows Who We're Looking For We value reliability, responsibility and willingness to learn more than formal qualifications. For the part-time role, no specific e-commerce experience is required . For full-time candidates, we would particularly welcome people with experience in: • Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada • E-commerce operations • Online customer service • Marketplace management • Digital marketing / social media You should be: • Reliable and punctual • Organised and careful • Comfortable using computers and smartphones • Able to work independently • Comfortable with hands-on work such as packing orders • Willing to learn and take on more responsibility Working Hours Part-Time Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm 1-hour lunch break 5 paid hours per day Full-Time Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Exact responsibilities and remuneration will depend on experience. Location: 6 New Industrial Rd, Singapore 536199 Pay Part-time: S$12.50/hour Full-time: S$2,300–S$3,200/month , depending on experience and responsibilities. A candidate with strong e-commerce experience who can independently manage more of the online business may be considered at a higher level.
