Admin Assistant (5 days / Sales Coordinator / Transport Provided)

• Well Established Company • Basic $3000 - $3200 + Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: Jurong West (Company Transport Provided) • Working day: Monday to Friday • Working hours: 8am to 5.10pm Job Responsibilities: • Raise PO to Cox (Place engine orders, Raise Indent Approval Form (IAF), Confirm PO) • Prepare single source form (SSF) and PO to vendors • Liaise with Logistic and Cox on shipping arrangement • Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details • Process invoices from the Principal and ensure accuracy • Compile and submit required documents to the Principal • Liaise with Cox for submission of test report and certification to customer • Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion • Prepare deal sheet for P&E POs • Manage end-to-end process of projects • Preparation of tax invoice • Compilation of tax invoices for salespersons • Handle budget revisions as necessary Job Requirements: • Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 1-2 years experience Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume • Work experiences and job responsibilities • Current and Expected salary • Reason for leaving • Date of availability • Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
